DESCRIPTION: \n“What we’re called to is self-generating happiness. Self-sustaining happiness is possible because every Soul is foreordained to joy, love, and wisdom. You don’t need to wait. You can claim eternity now.”\n—Sri Doug Kunin, The Mystic World, December 2025, p. 10\n \nHU is a sacred sound and ancient mantra. It is an ancient name for God that has been sung for thousands of years in many lands for spiritual unfoldment.  www.hearhu.org\n \nWhat to Expect\nAn inspirational quote will be shared before a fifteen-to-twenty-minute HU chant.
