After a brief reading of a contemplation seed, we will chant HU for 20 minutes, followed by several minutes of silent contemplation.
NOTE: You are welcome to enter any of these meetings starting at 10 minutes before the hour, since the reading and HU will start promptly on the hour. Families are welcome.
